You may return unopened haircare products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Items must be in their original packaging with all seals and labels intact.
To start a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
